Hard Reset HTC Desire 500

1. Please remove and insert battery from your phone.
2. Then press and hold together Volume Down + Power button.
   
3. Now when you see menu of Bootloader then release holded buttons.
   
4. Next select option "FACTORY RESET" using Volume Down button, and accept it with Power button.
5. Wait until your phone restarts.
