Hard Reset EXPLAY sQuad 9.72 3G

First method:

1. Start by holding down the Power button to turn off the device.
2. Afterwards, press and hold the Volume Up + Power button for a few seconds.
3. When you see a change on your screen release only the Power key.
4. Keep holding the Volume Up key until the Recovery Mode appears.
5. Then select "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume Down to scroll and Power button to confirm.
6. Select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select.
7. To restart the phone, select "reboot system now".
8. Congratulations! You have just performed a hard reset operation!.

Second method:

1. Make sure your tablet is turned on.
2. Afterwards go to Settings and then to Backup & reset.
3. Tap Factory Data Reset and selec Reset Device. 
4. Choose Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data. 
5. Select OK to confirm the whole operation.
