Hard Reset ALCATEL 7024W One Touch Fierce

1. Switch off the device.
   
2. Then hold and press Volume Up + Power button.
   
3. Release them when you see Android green man on your screen.
4. Now select language: "English", and confirm that with Power button.
   
5. Next select from the menu: "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume Down to browse option, and Power button to accept.
6. Afterwards choose "yes", and confirm that.
7. Success!
