Hard Reset ALCATEL 6012 One Touch Idol Mini

1. First please power off the phone.
   
2. Next hold and press Volume Up + Power button.
   
3. Then choose "English", and confirm that with Power button.
   
4. Now from the menu select option "wipe data/factory reset", and accept this with Power button.
5. After that confirm operation "yes" using Volume Down to scroll, and Power button to confirm.
6. Afterwards press Power button to enter option "reboot system now".
7. Done!
