First method:
- At the beginning turn off the device hold down the Power button.
- In the next step press and hold Volume Up + Power button for a couple of seconds.
- Rrelease held keys when the Android Robot appears on the screen.
- To enter the Recovery Mode hold down Volume Up + Power button for a short while.
- Next, step choose "wipe data/factory reset" using the Volume buttonw to scroll and the Powe button to confirm your choice.
- Afterwards browse to option "Yes-detele all user data", and select that with Power key.
- Now press Volume Up button to choose option "reboot system now".
- Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.
Second method:
- If the display is off hold down the Power button to turin it back on.
- From Main Screen find and select Settings and go to Backup&Reset.
- Choose the Factory Data Reset.
- Tap Reset Tablet.
- Select Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data.
- Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.
